MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION

To download an application for registering a pony, click on the following links. You will need the Registration Application, both front & back, and one pedigree form PER animal being registered.

Registration Application (front)

Registration Application (back)

Pedigree Form

WHEN FILLING OUT THE PEDIGREE FORM--If your breeding stock is registered (either with us, or with another association) please list the full name of the registery under the first animal, along with it's registration number. List all pedigree numbers available under the name of each subsequent animal listed. If you do not know the breeding of the animal in question, fill in the blank as UNKNOWN.

WHEN FILLING OUT THE REGISTRATION APPLICATION--Be sure to draw all markings as clearly as possible. *Note* any white in the FACE above the eye-line may be described as a "STAR". Any star less than approximately 2 inches in width will be considered "SMALL", anything covering the majority of the forehead from above each eye will be considered "LARGE", everything in between will be considered "MEDIUM". Any star not of a fairly uniform shape will be considered "IRREGULAR". White extending down over the face may be described as a "STRIPE" or "STRIP" and should be further described by locating the point on the forehead, or face, where it begins and the point of the face, nose, or lip where it ends. White or flesh colored markings on the nose, or upper lip will be considered a "SNIP", and all markings on the lower lip should be described in detail.

PLEASE FILL OUT ALL FORMS AS COMPLETELY AS POSSIBLE. Remember that four (4) pictures must accompany the Registration Application showing the front, back, and each side, clearly displaying all markings. It is recommended that pictures be taken during summer months (shorter hair) but in lieu of that, at least brush the animal thoroughly. Winter hair and muddy legs do not show markings well, and it is imperitive that pictures be clear for our records.
